The receptionist was really nice and helped me locate the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist Willard, that I’ve been seeing for years at the Chelmsford and Tewskbury location! The staff is amazing. From the front desk to the doctor! The first office we’ve been to and the doctors didn’t rush through the appointment. The optical side is seriously the best! They’re so patient with my kids and my hundred questions lol. We always leave with big smiles on our faces. Very refreshing to see how this business is ran. The office itself is always clean!

Dr Choi is incredible. I am 64 and have had problems with my vision for a couple of years. Dr Choi was recommended to me and after a few minutes with me she knew what was wrong. I ordered a new pair of glasses with prisms. When I received them the day I drove home was the first time I could see clearly in years.The staff in the optical shop was exceptional!
