Been going there since my buckle surgery 5 years ago to see their specialists and get regular contacts and glasses. Great place, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

The office staff is organized and really friendly.  I have nothing but good things to say about the Chelmsford office. I waited only a couple of minutes before I was called in for my appointment. Dr. Hamill is great. Honestly everyone was awesome. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I highly recommend this office.

I came here for the first time to this location and I can say it was a nice and quick experience. The receptionist was really nice and helped me locate the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist Willard, that I’ve been seeing for years at the Chelmsford and Tewskbury location! I’m glad I came by today and got my concerns and questions answered regarding my eye today.  Thank you guys!

The staff is amazing. From the front desk to the doctor!  The first office we’ve been to and the doctors didn’t rush through the appointment. The optical side is seriously the best! They’re so patient with my kids and my hundred questions lol. We always leave with big smiles on our faces. Very refreshing to see how this business is ran. The office itself is always clean!

Dr Choi is incredible. I am 64 and have had problems with my vision for a couple of years. Dr Choi was recommended to me and after a few minutes with me she knew what was wrong. I ordered a new pair of glasses with prisms. When I received them the day I drove home was the first time I could see clearly in years.The staff in the optical shop was exceptional!

My annual visit to Mass Eye in Tewksbury was awesome. Staff was very professional and pleasant to work with. Dr Jenna Willard was also professional and very pleasant.
